Though it took every iota in my power, Iβm OFF THE COUCH!
Admittedly, it has been some years, but geez I remember 52a to be among Aunt Agathaβs best.
Fun puzzle, Josh!
To be clear it is still a good book. Especially as it was basically the first serial killer whodunnit there was if I am recalling correctly. But in my opinion it can't compare with ones like "And Then There Were None" or "Why Didn't They Ask Evans" for example.

Oh... NOW I get it....
There's a moral to be learned here.
I'll share that moral in a week or so ....
but I find it interesting what one does and doesn't try. And in light of .... something... what you think can't be tried, but it can be tried if you try it in a way that isn't the way it can't be tried. .... You know what I mean?

I saw what I thought was a hint in the grid. Then I thought that it would be impossible to construct a puzzle using that pattern. It didn't take me long to figure out that I was right. It is impossible. Then I saw the easier path.
Like TMart, I am off the couch and on the beach, where the attention of different beachgoers is caught by different features the beach has to offer .

I'm delegating that task to the young women I always see on the subway doing these.

I'll admit it: I'm in love from afar, but please don't tell my son's 3 y.o. GSD:

That's my Covid "puppy' - 5yo shelter rescue just before T'Giving last year.
ZEUS is his name (and he has wandered around the Muggle Zoom chat at times.)

Damn. Joe knew I couldn't resist the challenge. ( I may have missed someone. And there's a Carolyn in the grid that I didn't see in the posts on this board.)

Apologies. It was a rush job, and I knew I'd miss some people.

Off the couch after a very late start an hour ago! Enjoyed it but sad to have missed the word search leaderboard...
The mind of @madhatter5 must be a quite an interesting place :-)

After missing Kay W and BarbaraK, I was afraid you were there but that I hadn't seen you. Here's the corrected grid, but you're still not there.
