There were a decent number that initially submitted something like bartender/"at the bar"/"raise the bar". Most of these had not noticed LIMBO in the southeast. @DrTom raised, lowered, and probably hurdled before he saw what was intended.

Oh... I thought the Limbo was a reference to "low" but not essential. I saw the BAR in the long clues and for the LOW I looked what was below them but it didn't occur to me those were limbo bars... and the letters below were actually limboing.
