AT SEA. Got the grid. Sitting on my favorite stool
at Isaac’s bar. Looks like they are starting to trickle in.

Not a lay up, but taking a leap and a swim then dancing to shore. Calling it!

Not seeing a thing. And with holiday travel tomorrow, unlikely I'll get off my bar stool. Bah! Humbug!

On shore as the days start getting longer.
Hard to tell today though around Philadelphia.

On the ship with Isaac. Even with help from 2 of my kids (including DD Regfish7) not seeing anything! Eggnog, please, Isaac…with extra brandy! Grandchildren just arrived so may not be able to spend much time on the meta going forward…

Hopped on a tender and made it to the beach. Didn't see it when I first finished the grid, nor after I got home from dinner. Looked again an hour later and still no hope. A final look before heading to bed led me to what has to be the right rabbit hole.

Count me done and done.

On shore! A smidge or two harder than I was expecting for a Christmas puzzle (no "gift" here) but it's a no-doubter. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas, everyone!

Woke up, looked at the grid again, and had an idea… it worked! Now I can make Merry with the grandkids!

Ashore! After dancing around pieces of the mechanism last night, ergcat had a stroke of inspiration this morning! Bring on the spiked eggnog or maybe some hot chocolate and Bailey’s. Merry Christmas all!

Still milling about on the boat. Not even a great rabbit hole so far...
