Still on board hanging out at the bar with Isaac, making many new friends. Pondering a couple of angles, but still unsure how to pursue. May inspiration follow another libation.
Good luck to all for a successful solve. If you see that I'm ashore - rare occasion of late - message me if you'd like a nudge. Be sure to include your progress so I can know better how to assist.

Despite my monumental ignorance of American cars I managed to swim ashore, better late than never!

I would love a nudge! I’ve been staring at this since last night and tried a few different angles, always ending down a long rabbit hole.

Hanging with the car crazy crowd at the bar.
And I don’t need to find another car, thank you. I’m doing Very Well with this little gem.

This is starting to feel like so many trips to deer camp.
For nudges, feel free to PM me. I won't have a clue how to help you, but you might shove me ashore.

On the shore today (literally) and now “on the shore” with the meta. Loved this puzzle - took awhile to find the right path to follow, but got there after some trial and error (lots of trials, lots of errors…) Breathing much better this afternoon as compared to last night. My original Thursday Gaffney Gulp has turned into a Friday Gaffney Grin

Ashore with a nudge so will not submit. Yet somehow I’m in the top 20 for a week 4 MGWCC. The meta gods are fickle.
We need to tip the Cabana Boy extra given the sparser shore crowd so far this week.

I am confidently ashore after beating my head against the wall for quite a while. I will say that my respect and admiration for the constructors and editors knows no bounds, but this is not the most elegant meta.

I think I found that too and spent a lot of time on it.CromsFury wrote: Fri Apr 22, 2022 1:02 pm I saw a thing and landed on a beach.
Then I realized the car I found is Japanese!
I'M ON THE WRONG BEACH!!!
But now I have something else from the correct locale. I guess I will submit it and declare it solved. I don't love the answer in terms of certainty, but won't likely have time to chew on this further over the weekend.
If nothing else I may make an interesting contribution to the wrong answers list.

I believe I am finally ashore. Not 100% confident, but pretty sure. I'm going to join the Zoom solve to see if I'm right (and also to see if anyone else went down the crazy rabbit holes I did).

On the ship but also now on the Zoom meeting hoping for enlightenment.

After a lovely time with the rest of the crew on the lifeboat, I've made it to shore. Nice to see all of you. That was fun!
Happy to give nudges. If you notice I've solved, please tell me about avenues you've explored so I can nudge you in the right direction and not off a cliff.

I got it with the help of the Muggles solve group - I was way off track without the group’s help - thanks everyone. Not submitting, and I hope a Muggle wins the mug

With help from Zoom I'm ashore. Never in 100 years would I have figured that out

On the shore thanks to the 4:30 Group Solve! Thank you, Don and Barbara, for moderating, and it was great to see so many Muggles! This was not the vehicle I was thinking it would be.
Good luck, fellow Muggles!

Yep, my inner GPS had led me to the the wrong shore. Good to see so many Muggles on the Zoom today, and thanks for the recalibration!
