The answer is SHAKE A TOWER
Thank you to @KayW for another fantastic graphic.
As the graphic depicts, the topic of this puzzle is SPOONERISMS. These occur when the initial sounds of words are switched. They are attributed to the late British Reverend William Archibald Spooner (1844-1930). He is famous for doing this during his sermons. This puzzle is dedicated to him.

I loved this one even I though I didn’t solve it- just couldn’t find the last one, although the first four fell quickly (even while doing the grid.) 23 and 51a are Doctor Tom level cluing. (If that’s not totally apparent, that’s a compliment.)
