Ashore. As others have noted, when you have the answer, there is no doubt about it.

Ashore with a nudge from @Joe Ross. Was so close but yet so far!
Always happy to provide a nudge if I’m ashore.

After tonight, I'd really love to see what people were thinking who landed on the wrong beach or thought there were multiple beaches. As many have pointed out, there is absolutely no doubt as to what the answer is, but the "wrong" answers here could be interesting because they might suggest the *right* answers to a different meta construction someday.

Ashore, since Friday night. Forgot to post here due to... uh... the 19th hole, let's say.

Fast solve for this son of two golf lovers. I also caddied one summer at Merion East. (Not on a year they had the open.) But I quit the game myself about the time I got fed up with interminable 5-hour rounds. My parents played quickly and couldn't stand slow foursomes. Guess I inherited that too.

The sea was angry that day, my friends . . . like an old man trying to send back soup at the deli.

After a helpful nudge, I’m officially on the beach! Happy Easter!

After several weeks of seeing the path rather quickly, I find myself lost at sea in this one. Would appreciate a nudge away from the rabbit holes I’ve been digging.

Good Sunday morning muggles

And Happy Easter and Chag Pesach Sameach to all who celebrate

And good luck to all running Boston tomorrow.

So far we have 5 on the ship and 221 on the shore. Progress to shore has slowed considerably.

I’ve looked at this dern thing every way I know how. It’s just not coming to me. Short of sudden inspiration entering my brain later today, it looks like I’ll be keeping Isaac company for the duration.

In my mind "there is absolutely no doubt as to what the answer is" so I submitted it. I still do not see how it could be otherwise. But because of all these observations about how the right answer is wrong i am patiently tapping my feet until 9 p.m. California time wondering if and how I blew it.

Have had the (an) answer since Thursday, obvious to me but not very satisfying.
Stopped agonizing and submitted. It's a great mistake if it's not the correct answer.

I'm going to say I'm "on the beach", which may or not be ashore. But they have beer here, so what's the difference anyway?

We are happily ashore, but I am so jet-lagged I'm not sure whether I have posted already. Anyway, I went the familiar muggle path of getting an answer that seemed pitifully easy, reconsidering, discussing, and coming up with the much much clever and unmistakable metanism. Loved it.

I’m still on the boat. My daughter located one beach but I am seeing something different and what I am trying to apply looks like it should be the key but I’m not sure I’ll make it to shore this time.
Hope everyone enjoys this day!

Ashore. Looked at it all afternoon without realizing I had the answer.
