OK Bob, you’ve opened the door to bragging rights! My avatar shows me teeing off on Hole 6 (Juniper) at Augusta National 2004, about 2 weeks after the masters. It didn’t cost me a penny and this was my only par. Par 3 course in the morning, luncheon in the clubhouse, and my pretend ‘Masters’ in the afternoon. Members tees, of course. Classic example of right place, right time.
And sporting your Final Round "Tiger Red"!

Marion and I are definitely on shore! Got there yesterday afternoon and forgot to post. She was a better rower than I this week, but we were in the same boat, so c'est la vie...............glad to be done.

Well, after a hefty nudge (push?), I dog-paddled to shore. All I can say is "wow". Incredible construction. Won't be submitting. That said, I will however enjoy a Blanton's at the beach bar.

Need a hint. Officially declaring myself clinging to a life preserver in the water. I jumped in but now am floundering.

Finally got an answer after so many trials and errors. That was a hard one for me but I think I made it to the shore so I am going to celebrate. Yippee!

Guess I'll have to enjoy 67D with Isaac - at least there's a sea breeze. Tantalizing clue hints but nothing working out so far.

Looks like I'll be staying on the boat this week. I have a few ideas, but alas I'm looking forward to seeing the answer in the morning.

With a helpful nudge, I made it to shore, gasping and coughing. Impressive construction, but I feel beat up.
Put me on team "WSJ was harder than MGWCC" this week.

'Looks like I picked the wrong weekend to stop ___
__!'
S. McCroskey in Airplane!
I will be shocked but pleasantly surprised if the reveal shows anything remotely resembling the paths I have explored. Awaiting the teaching moment at 1200a.
Congrats to the beachcombers!

Thought I had it. Found something that cannot be unintentional. But just cannot make it work. Surrender flag raised. Isaac, just bring me the whole bottle of wine!

Sorry, missed the roll call,
Outside the heat is sizzling,
Hoping for a miracle,
Still onboard and whistling.
Your avatar made me jealous. I am playing tomorrow with predicted temperature in the 90's and heat index over 100.

“Fairways & Greens” to you for tomorrow - stay cool and drink like a fish (water of course!)
Great opportunity. My nephew and I went to the practice round of the Masters last year. Tremendous experience. You can not appreciate the hilliness of the course until you walk it. Where are the member's tees as we did not see any real tee boxes except the ones the pros played from.
We were at the par three when Nicklaus, Player and Watson played together - I got some great shots of legends of the game.

Not only am I physically on the unsalted shores of Lake Michigan, I am now meta-physically on shore with a nice Riesling.
I had steps one and two but couldn't seem to do anything with them. For some reason, once someone confirmed I was indeed facing shore, things almost immediately clicked. Well, I'm 80% sure that they clicked.
LadyBird - In lieu of solving the meta, I thought of GREat things to do to ENergize myself, HERe ON the Maine Coast. Thought you would appreciate it.

I'll keep plugging for a few more hours, but I've been staring so long that I'm seeing patterns where they don't exist. Looks like I'll be face-down on the bar by midnight, mewling a swansong.

Reporting in as LAS.
Also hoping I'll be back in 5 minutes to say I got it.
