I should've known better than attempt an April Fool's puzzle from you clever Muggles, but I was dragged ashore and am amazed at the puzzle's brilliant construction (even if I didn't really get all the in-jokes). Well done, @Wendy Walker !

What does this mean?

I will occasionally "hoard" some of the metas on this site (SSS, MMM, MOAT, MEOW) and then record a video of my trying to crack a bundle of them in a certain amount of time.
