Now for the nudges:

You noticed the asterisks, right?

What do those three grid answers have in common?

Did you notice a sequence of sorts? What's missing?

The answer's as easy as BCD. Or wait, what's the phrase?

What is a term for a remark in a play that is intended to be heard by the audience but unheard by the other characters in the play.

The meta answer is similar to the side of a pop single record regarded as the main release. But without the hyphen.

Seriously? OK, the meta answer is a 5-letter word beginning with A and the rest of the word sounds like the second syllable of the three themers.

A slow start today, and then I noticed the puzzle was still set to "private" on Crosshare. I have no new family members to report as solvers today, but we're all family on this forum, right? We're up to 61, with the addition of the following Fab Four:

Alex Sisti
Grant Kennell
kurtalert
Philip Chow

And now for the reveal:
All the World's a Stage Reveal.gif
We had three themers, each conveniently marked with an asterisk: BESIDES, SEASIDE, DECIDES. Those three themers sound like B SIDE, C SIDE, and D SIDE. So what's missing? A SIDE, of course. And an ASIDE from the stage breaks the fourth wall. Both ASIDE and ASIDES were legit answers.

Thanks to everyone who solved and all the kind comments.
