Wendy's guess is better than mine as far as what Dr Tom's cats are up to. But I'm happy to have twice the (solvable) meta fun here. As opposed to whatever sportsing nonsense MGWCC is up to. Thanks Mikey and Peter!

And that's the bonus half-time puzzle completed, too. Fun puzzle, @Abide!
Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here. US$10 for 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, who knows. And this time there's a mega-meta!

OK, time for my reveal:

Sorry to try to steal some of the thunder, but I could not let a perfectly good pun/wordplay go to waste! If ever there were souper names for kitties...

Loved the second one too! SOUPER creative, and yes one of my faves. Loved the idea (and clue) for the last item

Not your average puzzle hee hee hee.

Crosshare link leads me to a different puzzle… what’s the meta title and question for that one? (The one where 1A is “it may spin on a tricked out car”)

Oh wait… are there THREE of them? I’m so confused. There are two soups and a snack. I did the first soup and the snack… now will try this OTHER soup (the one with 1A spin thing). Good thing there’s plenty of food in this house…

@HeadinHome now I’m confused… where is “the snack”?
