Fun solve.
The cat is ready to stop fidgeting in the bag and get back his idea of fun

Cat is out of the bag. Lots of staring, rabbit chasing and a good night’s sleep required. But a 100% click and nice aha moment!

George (not Jorts!) seems to have found his way out of the bag.

Got it; after being rather dense and chasing too many wrong tails.
At this point I don't think my cat deserves to come out of the box.

Needed the first two nudges, and obviously need a lesson in checking the veracity of my Grid. The Hints helped me find and error that would have made solving even more impossible than I was finding it. Another clever Josh trick and fun puzzle once one has all the right answers.

Cat released, but perhaps not at the right moment?

"5.5 lbs" --- I think there is a units error here. 5.5 kg seems more like it in my experience of cats (sample size 10).

Well, I finally got it....needed help from Cinny, even after the nudges.

Well, I stick to words and not numbers so I actually have no idea what all those equivalents amounted to.
But I suppose there have always been issues when it comes to "fat cats." :)

At our house the biological density is 1 per 700 cu ft :D

Sorry forgot to post the solution again.

Each pair of adjacent circles contains letters that are two apart alphabetically. The letters between them spell out the answer, INNER CIRCLES
