If I can see two factors, is that di-visibility?
Ashore. I'll have water into wine.
Happy Easter.

For nudges, feel free to PM me. I won't have a clue how to help you, but you might shove me ashore.

Ashore after 3 printouts and rewrites of the grid.

Ashore! Only took me two days to realize that the hint meant X' and not X.
Ultimately, a fair and even clever installment, though I don't like the title.

Just got to this today on plane back from Bozeman after some great Big Sky skiing. Noting that I do my best solving at 37000 feet, for me this was an instant click and after one very shallow detour a quick swim to shore. As others have also stated I am completely in awe of the construction. How on earth do these guys do it week after week?!?!?
All I can say is I am very glad they do. Thank you Mr Shenk.
Stay well all

So, is it just me or does it seem that 2024 seems to have ushered in a raft of more challenging puzzles. Did these guys get together and decide they had made things too easy for us? Anyway, I’m still at the bar…

Count me on the ship this week.
Just feeling too "out of it" to solve, I guess!

Ashore with an assist, and with even more admiration of Mike’s devilish mind! Cheers all!

Love Big sky. (Assuming the snow is good.) It's definitely one of my favorite mountains to ski, if not the favorite. I proposed to my wife at the top of Lone Peak....Streroto wrote: Sun Mar 31, 2024 6:26 pm Just got to this today on plane back from Bozeman after some great Big Sky skiing. ...after spending 5 days trying to convince her to take the tram to the top. She said "Yes!" so I assume she's glad she did.

wjchatto, next time send me a pm. I’ll be of some help!wjchatto wrote: Sat Mar 30, 2024 4:48 pm I asked for 3 nudges and received nothing so i must be doing something wrong. This platform is almost as confusing as the puzzle. Here's where I am: I've completed the grid and stared at it for over a day. That's it. I'm ready to quit...

I rate each on a difficulty from 1 to 4, just because I really love data, haha. Average rating for 2023 is 2.3 (roughly 2.2 for Gaffney, 2.4 for Shenk). I have an average of 2.7 for Q1 in 2024. I make these ratings somewhat arbitrarily, so nothing is official, but what you said seems that way a bit thus far!Susan Goldberg wrote: Sun Mar 31, 2024 6:28 pm So, is it just me or does it seem that 2024 seems to have ushered in a raft of more challenging puzzles.
