Clever and classic. Even though it handed us a clue on a silver platter, this one still had a trick or two up its sleeve. Very enjoyable.

On shore. In doing this puzzle I have introduced two of my young grandsons (ages 8 and 10) to the concept of meta-crosswords.

Cruised quickly to shore this week (after last week's complete HUH? moment) Happy to imagine my toes in the sand in these frigid temps. Now... on to shoveling that white stuff!

Well, I was almost there, but then in double checking my work and writing it out talking to Don, I saw the next step in the device. I can now say I got it. hahaha. If first you don't succeed... right? Better make this next drink a bit stronger! Make it a vodka tonic, extra lime please.
