Stymied until after we watched The Fugitive after watching how it was filmed

and that put me in the right mood to solve

Safely on shore - about the only kind of music meta that I can solve

Confidently ashore after getting stumped last week. The grid was harder than the meta; however, clever construction. Ready now for the total eclipse where we'll get almost 4 minutes of total darkness (just like last week)!

Ashore.
I submitted a name of a song as requested.
The song I submitted is known by at least three different names. I hope I submitted the correct one

Ashore after a longer-than-it-should-have-taken epic battle with the grid. Credit to my wife for helping with the final step. Very clever and creative puzzle Matt! More fun in hindsight than it was in the midst of battle.

Bishop's Blend Corona and a Dogfish Head 90 Min IPA for me. Temp is 73 right now. Nice patio weather!
Good luck to all for a successful solve. If you see that I'm ashore - rare occasion of late - message me if you'd like a nudge. Be sure to include your progress so I can know better how to assist.

Ashore! Very tricky grid (not so tricky meta 😀).

As a side note, this completes one year of solving the meta for me! My stats for the year are 45% solved, 23% nudged ashore, and 32% lost at sea. Not anything to write home about, but if it was easy it wouldn’t be so fun and addictive!

Always happy to provide a nudge if I’m ashore.

I’m sure any of the three is an acceptable answer. I submitted the most obvious one.
Always happy to provide a nudge if I’m ashore.

Grid was difficult in spots. More difficult than meta. Saw the meta right away after correcting for erroneous grid answers.

Well wasn’t that fun! Late start and kind of funky grid, but sandy shore sure feels good after some hard ones. Post-prandial dram, please!

I am late to the party, but I am on shore. Loved this meta.

I solved the meta before I circled back to find the "aha" moment that locked everything together.
