Figuring out the mechanism can definitely help you fill things in. Done and done and thinking of summer at the beach with a large glass of fresh lemonade.

On the shore. Saw where the canoe was heading somewhat early and a nice fun paddle the rest of the way home. Trying to do something Gluten Free to celebrate so it will be some Olympic Figure Skating along with Tito's and <<suggestions welcome>>...

Late start, quick finish. On shore. I need to move work things around to get back on page 1.
Also congrats @Al Sisti (I always assumed he was Italian…)

Ashore. Great puzzle by Patrick as always, and super thrilled for Al!
Glad I missed the prompt kerfuffle. Could’ve made a lost weekend out of that.

Looks like I'm late to this beach party. Oh, well! I'll just sit here on a blanket on the side.

If you want something easy, Tito’s and lemonade over ice is nice.RDaleHall wrote: Thu Feb 17, 2022 7:53 pm Trying to do something Gluten Free to celebrate so it will be some Olympic Figure Skating along with Tito's and <<suggestions welcome>>...
As for the puzzle, I feel so dumb. I don’t know what the heck everyone is seeing so easily. I’m having a cocktail anyway. Maybe it’ll help.

On shore! Anyone else feel like the grid is usually harder than the meta part of the puzzle?

Solved and submitted. My first Thursday solve. I'll have an O'Hara's Irish Stout.
Congratulations Al!
Congratulations Al!
Good luck to all for a successful solve. If you see that I'm ashore - rare occasion of late - message me if you'd like a nudge. Be sure to include your progress so I can know better how to assist.

While I’m sure it’s not as good as a fresh squeezed, the Arizona Arnold Palmer tea/lemonade is quite addictive even without the vodka. I mean, the vodka makes it BETTER, but you know.Amanda Hugginkiss wrote: Thu Feb 17, 2022 8:28 pmIf you want something easy, Tito’s and lemonade over ice is nice.RDaleHall wrote: Thu Feb 17, 2022 7:53 pm Trying to do something Gluten Free to celebrate so it will be some Olympic Figure Skating along with Tito's and <<suggestions welcome>>...
