On shore!
Just realized I'm in my longest streak yet. I'm expecting a crash any week.

On shore! Had to email my solution since the puzzle seems to be configured as a non-contest one.
Edit: In answer to @MMe (don't want to reply since we're still on page 1), the puzzle was posted late. When it hadn't shown up by about 5 after, I checked fleetingimage since sometimes it's shown up there first in the past. I think this may be my highest first page position ever, but it doesn't really count since I got a head start :-) By the time I solved, the WSJ site was updated but I don't know when exactly that happened.

Ashore.
Edit: In response to @Laura M's comment, the WSJ puzzle is shown as posting at 1:16 PM ET (I assume it means 4:16 ET / 1:16 PT?). I got tired of refreshing the page and went and did @benchen71's Math Ed meta, considering that's what I have two college degrees in, and saw the WSJ puzzle at 1:28 PT. Page 1 is probably a bit wonky today because you needed patience and no appointments looming later in the afternoon, but I will point out that both the silver and bronze went to the Portland OR metro area today.

Is this thing on? Tap, tap
(This seemed much easier than the list so far would suggest; I only started it a few minutes ago. What gives?)

On the beach. The cabana boy has purchased some new mosquito zappers for the tiki bar. I sure hope they work! On my second margarita.

On shore, page 1!
I don't have anything clever to say, but if I did, it would go here.
