Not that it matters, but the form wouldn’t accept a 3-letter screen name. There’s also my slightly Arabic sounding Sulimeg.

This one doesn't require a diagram. Each one of the theme entries:

PASTORSORTA

Is a two-word phrase in which the longer word is an anagram of the shorter word, plus one letter. Taken in order, the extra letters spell GASP.
