Celebrating a sibling's birthday, last night, I had what the menu lists as a Red & Bleu Burger, described as beef, chipotle rub, spicy aioli, bleu cheese crumbles & beer-caramelized onions. To that were added extra-toasted tater tots and a Guinness or some.
