Wow, nice bit of trickery Schmuel - solved the Grid quickly but then stalled - now I see the part I need. Confirmed on Crosshare

Couch unencumbered!

Was stuck, partway there, for a while, then had a very nice aha.

Good one, Shmeel!

Dang Schmuel, the more I look at this puzzle the better it gets - what a great job. You might have new part-time (oh heck, who am I kidding these take forever - FULL TIME) employment.

Very cute. Even when I had it I didn't see it necessarily. ... And ooh, that rabbit hole...

Clever clever clever.... and fair.

Off the couch. Great puzzle! Looking forward to many more.
Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here. US$10 for 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, who knows. And this time there's a mega-meta!

Leaderboard lunchbreak for me.
Between Crosshare and PMs I see about 40 correct solvers so far. Incorporating the Crosshare list and the list of solvers here might have not gone as smoothly as I had hoped. So some of you may appear twice and some not all. Let me know!

This is our first Monday meta and it was great fun. We like to do these during lunch together. Yesterday we did the grid and today the meta.
I think we have the answer so what do we do now to check it? If correct, we got it without any nudges!

You can use Crosshare to check your answer and get instant feedback. The link is in the first post. Just reveal the solution to the grid since you already filled it in and then you can submit your answer.

Or you can send a PM to Schmeel with your answer.

Well done, Don & wife! Send a PM to Schmeel about your solve (I am certain your answer is correct) and he'll put you on the leaderboard!
Good luck, fellow Muggles!
