Ashore! Quick one this week. Or maybe it just seems especially quick since I'm coming off PGWCC #29. In any case, a fun puzzle!

Ashore!
Which is good, cuz I'll need time for PGWCC. Not much of anywhere on that one yet.

Got it! The only way I know anything about any popular music released since the 1970s is these puzzles.
Good luck, fellow Muggles!

On shore -- keeping my fingers crossed that I will be drinking my coffee from a new mug when I do next week's puzzle.

Ashore and looking for that huge Guinnness can. A well-poured pint, please - in honor of last week's puzzle, of course. Cheers!!

I think I have it but is "well known" in the same category as "famous"?

Ashore! Nice of Matt Gaffney to use my alma mater in 10A.
I started doing these Crossword Contests in January of this year. At first I only got the solution sometimes. Starting with the first one in April, I haven't been lost at sea. As this is the final puzzle of September, it makes 6 months in a row. I'm considering subscribing to MGWCC or trying PGWCC for more of a challenge.
