I got it. I assume the answer is clever. Way out of my wheelhouse.
Happy to give nudges. If you notice I've solved, please tell me about avenues you've explored so I can nudge you in the right direction and not off a cliff.

On shore with the crowd. ⛱
I wish I could have gotten to this when it was first posted. Then maybe I would be closer to page 1. Guess I should just be happy that it was easy enough to solve before Sunday!!

Ashore quickly. Is this a solid month of easy? Keep fearing we'll have the unsolvable thrown at us soon.

Ashore. I loved 72A.

Looking closer at the construction, it's very impressive.

Ashore!

My old HP45 sure helped me with this (what? I'm showing my age?)

On shore.

This was super easy. Didn't need daughter's math-major skills at all. We saw step 1 pretty quickly.

Not as quick as last week, though! Man, first time I solved the meta before getting a third of the way through the across clues. And first time I used the meta to solve the grid, too. This week... needed to work through the grid a lot more.

This was a special Thursday Zoom call with the team/kids this week since I'll be at a music festival all weekend. (So won't be able to give nudges.) First festival since 2019. Nervous, but not about sunburn or traffic this time. At least it's outside. And I'm vaccinated. Alcohol prevents catching COVID-19, right?
