#28 - "My Turnip Truck's Been Around the Block a Time or Five"
The answer to the metapuzzle is a mathematical term.
Enjoy and good luck!
Edit: I posted the thread before opening the puzzle, so I only now noticed the actual title.

Beam me ashore...or something...
Agree with Hector - I love how challenging his grids are. And it has the side benefit (intentional?) of hiding the "hey that looks weird" entry points that sometimes make for quick meta solving. Super good fun these puzzles are.

I had to take a break from solving the grid this week which took quite a bit of erasing and lookups to solve. The meta took much less time and effort which is a big change from last week.

Beam me up!
Indeed, cleverly constructed -- and very much fun.
Interesting that we're already beginning to refer to "classic PGW' -- though he's still, as far as I know, quite new to the genre.
How shall we refer to PGW's style of meta puzzle? Washingtonian? Peter G-esque?

Some of you are so fast!! My experience is that if I don’t see/feel/sense/whatever the path to glory in the first few minutes, it’s going to be a while. I did finally get the meta....after some weird rabbit holes.

Solved! My first PGWCC puzzle. You don't realize that you get used to a specific constructor's style of meta, but you do. This took me way longer than it should've, and it feels noticeably different from the WSJ contest and the MMMM. Good to branch out though!

Took me looking at the grid a time or five to solve this week. Nice construction.

I'm really behind on everything, but I finally managed to find time to solve this one. Enjoyed the construction and the title!

A pgw tweet. Happy birthday, Peter! And well done on the cake, . . . Kate? (Too much inferencing; I'm sorry.)
