Thank goodness it‘s Thursday. Long week of work, household projects (had our ceilings done), family squabbles and floods, so I‘m looking forward to more meta escapism.

I hope our gulf coast contingent, Abide, LimerickSavant and many others, and our NY/NJ/CT/RI confreres made it through Ida safe and sound.

Even more trivia: Two of the characters on Sesame Street are named after characters in IAWL. Which two, and who are they named after?

There's a Zuzu on Takalani Street, the South African version of Sesame Street. She's made guest appearances on Sesame Street, but she's not a regular character.
