What's the meaning of life?

Should I refinance or get a reverse mortgage?

Lease or buy a car?

Pay down your highest interest rate debt first.

Do a cash out refi and put the extra in Ethereum.

Then catch one of those annuities cruises!

Ashore! It got me thinking that it might be nice to stream this movie tonight. I asked hubby if he’s heard of it? He remembered the plot and the actor and said we’ve seen it!
I had to watch the trailer to remind myself. Good grief!

For anyone less than impressed by the effort to solve this contest, can you find the other solution which fulfills the criteria of the puzzle, if not as well as the intended answer, but certainly more than last week's SCARE?

There are times when my husband insists that we have seen a movie and I have NO memory of it. I tell him that he must have seen it with his (fictional) other wife.

Totally ashore. The easiest in a long time.

On shore, unlike last week where I never reached shore, never saw shore, even with a helpful nudge. This week was quick after a late start due to enjoying the afternoon on the lake (literally on my own boat).

So, you want to report your downstairs neighbor?
That’s right.
What for?
They keep yelling, “Eureka!” every weekend.
Eureka?
Yes, they must be up to no good down there....

(bam bam bam!)
Miss?
One minute!!!
We received a noise complaint.
Oh dear, really?
I’m afraid so.
Well, while you’re here... I need a six letter word for rile.
What?
Yes, I just need to finish this grid see..
Very suspicious. Come with me.

I'm on shore quickly this time (after a late start), after being totally bamboozled by last week's WSJCC and MGWCC metas. It's nice to be back on track.

Ashore, which feels especially good after a couple weeks of my continued inability to solve the metas when you have to use the clues rather than the grid.

Ashore! Happy for the quick swim this week. Fun puzzle nonetheless. I did need some help from Google as I have somehow never heard of this movie.

Marion and I are on the sand - relaxing early is fun! Jointly rowed, but in all honesty she got us the last oomph to the shore!

Luck to all...........

On shore, solved before I finished the grid. I enjoyed the wink at 46D!
