Well, there's an oddity - I think I might just make page 1, that's a first! However, I think that the title on-line and in the puzzle differ? Still, Here's hoping I am quick off the boat and not showing up for another pageant, I've been pretty bad lately.

I'll declare ashore!

NUDGES!I am always willing to give nudges where needed; metas should be about fun, not frustration. Send me what you have done so far because often you are closer than you think!

I’m on shore. The cabana boy is basking, of course. Drinks may be a bit late.
Edit: I did NOT do the puzzle in 4 minutes. I’ve never done ANY crossword in 4 minutes.

Cute. Ashore. Guess I have time to get ready for MGWCC week 4 tomorrow.

EDIT: To clarify - I missed the ripple in the space-time continuum that led to some folks seeing the people before 4 pm today. I did solve this afternoon. No asterisk here!

On shore and ready for a cocktail!
Happy to give nudges. If you notice I've solved, please tell me about avenues you've explored so I can nudge you in the right direction and not off a cliff.

How did you solve this yesterday? Is this the start of the great WSJ scandal?
