Really nice beach this afternoon! Keep those margaritas coming. The cabana boy is revising the tapas menu for the bar. He says to tell you requests are welcome. I beat Al?? Is that possible??

Done it. I even got up at 6am in order to try for page one. Did I make it?

EDIT: Yes, I did! Worth it!!

Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here. US$10 for 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, who knows. And this time there's a mega-meta!

Didn't download until 3:20. Kinda surprised I made page one :P

edit: and top ten as well?!

second edit to avoid POI: ...and the alternate--arguably equally acceptable-- answer has surfaced...

Ashore. Couple little jokes in the clues that I really enjoyed.

I'm on shore. Mike did a good job on this one. This is the second week in a row where I didn't see it immediately.

After solving, I knew it was difficult, but I expected a few more people to be on shore.

I have an answer but I’m not happy how I got there. I think I need to noodle a bit more on this before I declare myself on shore, ‘cause I think I’m missing something.

Onshore? Or still wading in the shallows? I have an answer that fits the mechanism but with a connection to the title that requires a broad definition.
