#680 - "Split Decision"
This week’s contest answer, which is six letters long, is where you’ll find this puzzle’s missing clues.

Tricky grid. And tricky meta for a week 2. But I've submitted (outside of the top 10,alas).
#15 on the board.

#17 and mostly satisfied with that. Agree this was tricky for a week 2. Very enjoyable!

I'm on the board at #32. I second (third, fourth) that the puzzle made me chuckle. Solving the meta was trickier than I thought/hoped it might be; I had to try several things before hitting on the right mechanism, and even then I had a hiccup before getting the right answer.

Tougher than a Week #2, especially for those not familiar with this gimmick.
Also, it looked like a potential repeat of the TRES BIEN / VERY GOOD problem. Fortunately, specifying the number of letters removes the ambiguity.

I may have grumbled "Oh, you son of a..." under my breath as I strung this one together. Beam me up!

I hit submit before I completely realized what was going on with this one, and now I have to reexamine some stuff before I even know if my answer makes sense anymore! More involved than I was expecting for a week 2, but possibly genius.
Edit: I'm on the board, although my submission comment is completely off base...

Sheesh.
Too late, Barbara!
Sheesh.
Agree and ashamed to have treated it as a Week 4!

Looks like there are eddies in the space-time continuum this week:
I'd better beam up quick before I get shunted into the evil mirror universe.
