Just missed top twenty, but my streak is now at 50! Beam me up!
Now back to the WSJ stumper to see if I can figure out which directions to follow.

This sounds like a 2.5, so I'll probably print it out. I solve Week 1's in Lite, print out Week 3+s, and make a call on Week 2 based on if it leans easier or harder (I'm sure you're enthralled).
Look forward to this one!

Should be beaming up shortly. Agree, a little tough for a week 2.

Beam me up. At first I thought Reese Witherspoon might carry over from that other puzzle, but alas no candy. OTOH, I did sneak in ahead of Meg by two minutes.

I've beamed aboard. After taking what felt like a bit of a leap of faith.
Happy to give nudges. If you notice I've solved, please tell me about avenues you've explored so I can nudge you in the right direction and not off a cliff.

IMO there are two legit answers, but one is more "70s". I don't think that's a spoiler but I defer to Moderator @BrianMac

I’m not sure I’d call it a week 2, but I have transported. I’m out visiting family and showed my sister-in-law how a meta works and what we have on the forum. Her eyes DID NOT glaze over! How sweet is that?

There is a way of resolving this.Amanda Hugginkiss wrote: ↑Fri May 14, 2021 12:34 pm I've got two possible answers... Better keep thinking!
I missed the method originally, so got lucky with my solve that I submitted the proper (and fully supported) answer.

Beam me up, SVP.
I don't see the possibility of two answers, but will keep my eye on the leaderboard.
EDIT: Confirmed.

I must have missed this too, because I submitted what I felt was the more "fitting" answer, but thought another answer would be equally valid. I'm on the board, but now I'm trying to figure out what I missed.RPardoe wrote: ↑Fri May 14, 2021 2:05 pmThere is a way of resolving this.Amanda Hugginkiss wrote: ↑Fri May 14, 2021 12:34 pm I've got two possible answers... #51 the week I got my 50 badge. Too bad I wasn't 4 minutes faster but solved/submitted while playing online bridge.
