Anyone online and willing to provide a nudge? I've got what I believe to be the first part but have remained stumped for a good while now.

The Magic Muggle Formula works again! Post that you are hopelessly becalmed, going nowhere. Minutes later, a slight zephyr appears over the stern, quickly freshening to a breeze. The heart skips a beat and before you know it a sirocco carries you to a pristine sandy beach with many lovelies surrounding a Tiki Bar. I am ashore!

Completed the first step of the meta, not sure how to incorporate the parentheses. Would appreciate a nudge!

Update: Stared a little longer and it finally clicked. On shore! Worth the headache.

Seems I’ve tried every possible swap
Top to bottom and bottom to top
And the meta won’t budge
So I may need a nudge
Cuz my efforts so far are a flop

The grid was a snap but I knew I was headed for trouble when I saw the major clues. I thought I found a mechanism that would work and incorporate both the title and those darn parenthetical numbers yet so far all it has yielded is gobbledygook.

I am taking a break to let my poor rattled brain rest but I would be pleased to accept a nudge from a fellow Muggle if I haven’t claimed a spot on the beach by tomorrow afternoon.

Oh, how I hate parentheses

I hope this is not a spoiler, cuz I haven't a clue yet where this will end.
This would have been a spoiler for Pete Muller's outstanding Dec 2018 MMMM puzzle (solution is here).

Ashore at last. Finally realized that (x,y) were Klingon GPS coordinates - NOT!

Got a nudge that led me to retry something I had already attempted. I guess I was delusional from lack of sleep or something because it was clear as day the second time I tried it. Very cute puzzle.

I'm onshore. Although I posted my "onshore" yesterday on last week's board with a beautiful picture. Not sure how that happened. Maybe the boards were swapped.

Forgot to report in last night. Quick, but quite enjoyable swim to shore. Fun one!

Dad, here, found the mechanism first. (And fairly quickly, he said, patting himself on the back with a smug smile...) Kids and I then worked on that mechanism together. But daughter was very quick to claim "Got it!" while son and I said, "Don't tell us yet, give us time to work it out!"

Cluelessly floating at sea, placidly enjoying peace, undisturbed by any glimmer of any idea. Pure blissful blankness.

(Is sending answer by email a second-best option? or is it all the same?)
Personally, I think email is better because then I have the message in my Sent folder and can go check if I can't remember whether I already submitted or want to check that I spelled it right or anything.
I agree, however I always send a copy to myself so it right there in my INBOX if I need to duplicate something the next week. Fewer clicks/key strokes.

On shore and swapped my 51-A 6-A 66-D and 35-D 9-A for a 64-A 12-D.
29-D, they even tossed in an 25-D 60-D, an 50-A 15-D and some 53-A 70-A. Isn't this my lucky day.
And "a kiddly divey two; wouldn't you".....
On an unrelated topic; I had a visitor at the lake yesterday morning...

And one in my garage this afternoon...
