Onshore.
Didn't even have time to ask Isaac for a drink. So onshore, warm sand, cold Caipirinha in hand. Looks like it's going to be crowded at the shore this weekend.

On shore. Also, that line about “first kill all the lawyers?” It’s usually misquoted, and the Bard was *not* saying that’s a good thing.

Fully vaccinated, able to watch the Twins win their season opener in person, and safely ashore! What a great day!

On shore, Rioja in hand. Now I can concentrate on gardening and daughter's volleyball this weekend.

Oh for the good old days of yesteryear when you could go on a nice leisurely cruise and idle away time on the boat. Now they toss you into the water with a huge number of other people, many madly paddling landward, and insist you go isolate on shore. Maybe someday I'll be allowed to cruise again.
But not this week. On shore. (Fortunately they have good wifi on the boat so that folks long out of school and with grand lacunae in their brains can refresh their memories.) Gotta go out and get a nice Napa Valley cabernet.

Absolutely loved this one! Safely ashore and agree that this was an English Major's dream. Only needed to google one thing!

As Mistress Page hath said, indeed size matters.
In matters of size your estimates did fail.
Your ship could hold four thousand and still float
But now you’re gonna need a smaller boat.

Kidding aside, that was wonderful.

Made it this week before the bar ran dry. I have to admit that it was a fast one due to all the CSF shows I've seen over the years. Out, out brief candle! Time for bed.
Good luck all. As always, read the instructions, the clues and pay attention!

Reminds me of how I learned many quotes. My father would quote Shakespeare at dinner table if appropriate (or funny). If I mumbled at the dinner table, my father would look at me and say, with MUCH overacting:LadyBird wrote: ↑Thu Apr 08, 2021 6:18 pmThis brought back memories of driving my (and other kids) to high school. One of the requirements in one of the English classes was to recite that soliloquy from memory. Went through several years of listening to muttered recitations from the back seat on the way to school. No one was reciting it with meaning--they were all plowing through it as quickly as they could before it dropped out of their memory.
"Speak the speech, I pray you, as I pronounc'd it to you, trippingly on the tongue; but if you mouth it, as many of our players do, I had as lief the town-crier spoke my lines."
Educated man, yes. But he also quoted Burma Shave road sign ads because he loved them too. So there's that...
I have not even looked at the meta-puzzle yet. Still waiting at the dock for the kids to be available tomorrow night. But I assume my quote is not a spoiler due to the puzzle clue. And if I'm wrong... well, it was a lucky guess and nothing you couldn't Ask Jeeves.. uh... Google.
