Thanks to nudge from our distinguished cruise director (who nudged me to do something I thought I had done but obviously hadn't --garghgh!!!) I am ashore. First priority? Buy Bob a beer. In a mug (ha ha ha). After that? I dunno. Probably a Moscow Mule. Mercy!! That was nuts!!

Very late start. Quick swim to shore, thanks to a keen observation by my wife.

Still in France (On a train to Paris) . I guess a celebratory glass of wine is in order.

I had an event last night and got a late start - on shore, but I have never heard of this movie and I question the designation "well-known."

Prediction: There is a perfectly plausible alternative answer that the rabbit will have fun with this week.

To those that have never heard of the movie, I'd guess you have the alternate answer.

Firmly on shore battling pollen and dandelions.

Coffee now, martini later.

I am now really intrigued and curious about the alternative answer.

I can imagine people never having heard of the movie, but if "well-known" meant woozy can rattle it off his brain, then Eric Frapton or Peter Clampton or whatever his name is isn't a "well-known" singer or guitarist or drummer or whatever he is.

If you google the movie title that about one third of the hits are to the movie indicates whether one has heard of it or not it is well-known enough.

Ashore! On the shoreline of beautiful Lake Lugano, less crowded than its better known neighbor Lake Como but no less beautiful. Happy to have solved it quickly so I won’t spoil my enjoyment of this trip by agonizing over the solution. What amazing construction to make this one work!!

My friend proposed a solution that was not correct, but was pretty punny/clever, so I could see multiple people making a similar observation. I can say more privately, or Monday.
