Five for Fighting

#1

Post by Abide »

Good morning Muggles! After a tricky WSJ and Week 5 Gaffney, it's time for something a little less complex. However, you may have to Google depending on your generation. Nudges on Wednesday.

Thanks to testers @ajk, @damefox, & @Wendy Walker.

Nice puzzle, Peter!

When I saw that Google may be required depending on your generation, I thought "uh oh", but didn't even have to use it. I would have needed to use Google if I were constructing the puzzle instead.

OTC! I was able to get it without Googling, but I do appreciate the explanation in Crosshare that really brings out the amazingness of the construction!
I don't have anything clever to say, but if I did, it would go here.

OTC. Appreciate the cleverness and care in this construction. Also grateful for another reason but I will keep that under wraps for now!

Fought my way off the couch. I thought you were doing a replay of a MMMM for a while!

Thanks Peter!
