I haven't done Wordle in a long time, but today I figured I'd give it a go.

Wordle is the puzzle I least enjoy, from the small battery I do daily. I look forward to the day I stop doing it. I continue as courtesy to a family member.

The remake a year or so ago to the silly, time-wasting overlays of “you’re on Guess Three, Keep Going” ruined my enjoyment of Josh Wardle’s simple, straight-up game.

This blog is its only saving grace.

No, it happens if you interrupt the game, eg, to check to see if a particular word has been a previous answer (Josh Wardle’s original rule). It changed under the editorship of Tracy Bennett.

The stats are way off, and the whole thing is kindergarten.
