Ahoy, Muggles!

It's great to be back on MMM where I got my start creating meta puzzles over 2 years ago. So far I've constructed nearly 50 puzzles, and I'm hoping to make many more in the future. Speaking of "more", today's title - "But Wait, There's More!" - kinda fits all meta puzzles, but here it has a special meaning that I'm sure will be familiar to most solvers. I'd like to thank my MMMentors @Abide and @Al Sisti for all of their help the past couple of years as well as @boharr, @whimsy, and @Joe Ross for pretesting and technical help.

The meta answer is a familiar phrase.

Off the couch which feels a little oxymoronic when combined with this particular puzzle…

Fun and off couch. Had to whack the sides of things for anything to come in focus. When it didn't I ran a phrase though my head and put my coffee mug down ant there it was.
I guess I should change my signature, and start promoting this meta: Hungry Little Creature. I was going to sent it to people for testing but I dropped the ball on it.

Hey, I did the EXACT same thing! I was certain I'd never get it, and then there it was.

I had an epiphany on this one similar to (albeit a bit slower) than @ajk. I'm almost certain that this will not happen again in the near future!  Good idea and well-executed, Cap'n!
