Wow! This is really bizarre. Either he went way above and beyond to complete trick and confound us, or he made a horrible error.

The tricking and confounding is 90% convincing... except it contains an error that just *can't* be reconciled.
Funny story. I was all set to enter Par for the course for the CrossHare midi contest for April but I mistakenly thought midi meant 7x 7 and not 11 x 11. Oops. Well.... Here's a complex but **small** meta on the subject of golf.

I thought so, too, but then I had two insights that reconciled everything.

Awaiting the beam... [Fun one, without being entirely straightforward!]

... and I'm beamed at #100! :D

Check out "The MOAT MEOW Mashup Pack" here. US$10 for 14 metas that don't always abide by the "rules" of the game: asymmetry, 2-letter words, uncrossed letters, who knows. And this time there's a mega-meta!

I figured out the mechanism but looks like I'm going to wait for a couple individuals to go to bed so I can concentrate and finish 😵‍💫

Finally! Beamed!

Okay. Reconciled enough but.... on wobbly (but acceptable) legs. Interested in hearing others opinions.

Was OUT for quite awhile on a related but divergent path. I found it neat and tidy whdn I finally got there.

Beamed!

keep looking, it's not an error, you're looking at the wrong grid entry

Submitted, I missed the last update but confident. I took longer than I should have to get past the first step but I think it is an elegant and solvable puzzle. I also thought there was an inexplicable error at the end but on further examination I was able to reconcile it (find my error), hopefully awaiting.

Late start, but a quick enough solve. Some really good stuff in this one!

Beamed! The grid was very difficult for us and took quite a bit of time and thought to complete. I saw what I needed to straight away, but I couldn't put it all together without sleeping on it. Hard work but a lot of fun, indeed.

Beamed with a bit of a nudge. The rabbit hole I first went down is leading me to a meta of my own.

That was a workout! I had (most) all of the pieces, but needed a nudge to get me within transporter range. Should be enjoying a drink at the Ten Forward before too long.
Happy to give nudges. If you notice I've solved, please tell me about avenues you've explored so I can nudge you in the right direction and not off a cliff.

Beamed up. Brilliant meta, and it all ties together nicely in the end.

A perfect week 3, I think. Challenging, but not completely inscrutable, with rabbit holes aplenty, a great metanism and subsequent aha! Really loved this one!

If it hadn't been for the red herring (which I didn't care for at all) I thought it would be the perfect week 2. Certainly more apt as a week 2 then nearly any of the week twos for the last year or so. .... but the red herring was... not difficult, but a definite curve ball. For me at least. It doesn't seem to have bothered others all that much at all but it sure bothered me.

It was nice to have a week 3 that didn't require 20 minutes of banging a head on a wall. Admittedly the three hours of scratching the fingernails on my scalp weren't entirely cost free, but it was a lot less painful than head banging.
