On the beach! A peek at discord made me keep doing what I was already doing.
Check out "The MOAT Mini Pack of Marching Bands" here. US$5 gets you 7 Marching Bands which, hard enough on their own, now contain metas too. And once again there's a mega-meta!

So far, I'm making rather a mess of this. On the other hand, baseball is back. So there's that.

Got it with a hand from the Discord crew. Impressive indeed.

Exactly My story!benchen71 wrote: Thu Mar 28, 2024 7:59 pm On the beach! A peek at discord made me keep doing what I was already doing.
I was .... making a mess. But a peak at discord seemed to indicate (without being explicit) that others were probably what I was doing (maybe not but probably something similar) and it was working for some. So an complete restart and being careful this time and my plan... worked.

I do believe that I am ashore! First time in a few weeks.
Normally, I solve on my phone, but I had to print it out this week in order to see what I needed to see. Major kudos to anyone who solved solely on a screen!

The site is just a web page, a meeting place, a clubhouse - it's the group that's special.

Some nudging and bumping along on Discord did the trick. I had a good start with my original idea and nearly stumbled on it at one point but didn’t pursue that idea hard enough. I shoulda!
Happy Easter to those who celebrate (to me it’s the best of the holy days!).

On shore! Took me a little while to figure out exactly the right approach. Nice construction!

Took one more look before calling it a day, and happily found the way to shore.

Up to 3 hours, 15 minutes so far. Nothing yet but also distracted by Opening Day. (Cubs and Rangers in a battle.)

Super impressive puzzle though I have one question about the answer as it pertains to the wording of the question.

I think I noticed your issue. Not having solved yet, I'm not sure if it is a hint or a nit...JordanianTomlinson wrote: Thu Mar 28, 2024 10:10 pm Super impressive puzzle though I have one question about the answer as it pertains to the wording of the question.
Still lost. Maybe I'll dream up something overnight.

I’ve got something but I don’t love it. So still at sea.
However, even if I don’t win a mug this week, I did have a bit of luck… my first hole-in-one. Here’s hoping my luck holds out until at least Monday or Tuesday.

I've lost many balls on that course! They used to have great bbq sandwiches at the tiny clubhouse -- which seems to have burned down?mheberlingx100 wrote: Thu Mar 28, 2024 11:07 pm I’ve got something but I don’t love it. So still at sea.
