Count me ashore after nothing yesterday. I saw the thing yesterday but didn't realize it was the thing until today when I saw another thing but I should have been thinking about that thing the whole time and it would have made this thing go a lot faster. Time for FAC, also known as Friday Afternoon Club, where icy cold beers are served.

Just got to the puzzle this afternoon. Grid pained me greatly, the meta was a breeze in comparison. Now to play with the grievously ignored cat...

The grid was pretty tough for me, and the metanism stayed hidden for quite a while too. I don't think I would've found the beach without some nudges.. so thanks to reliable Zoom crew for an assist this week!

Great as always to see everyone on the Friday Zoom!

Saw a red dot, chased it. it disappeared. Saw another red dot, ditto. Finally asked myself, where are all those red dots coming from and then I made myself back to the laser pointer. Now I know how my cat feels. I can feel good about submitting this week and am celebrating with a little bubbly right now because, well because why not!
