Let's get some early nudges, a bit subtle to start.

1. The original title of the puzzle was "Jump Up!"

2. We can see something relatively pervasive toward the bottom part of the grid.

3. We see it seven times, in fact - though the answer to the meta is not a drink! (Sorry, @Bird Lives!)

4. The fact that all that is happening toward the bottom probably indicates that something needs to be going on up top as well!

More soon!

I so appreciate when nudges don’t completely spill the beans, and yet………

Is it soon yet?

Since you asked so kindly:

5. Once you find the 7 two-letter words at the bottom, follow directions! (Jump up!)

6. Jump up so far that you might even need to go a tiny bit beyond the grid itself!

7. Think of something else that can be found in a medicine cabinet other than CUPS.
Less cross words, more crosswords.

Well... I didn't need nudge 7.... :(

I absolutely never saw nudge 2 and Nudge 6 just wasn't the way I think.

I like my incorrect answer of 21 Jump-Street, Michael Apted's UP series The Jeffersons and Captain Kangaroo.

It wasn't any of them.
I guess I should change my signature, and start promoting this meta: Hungry Little Creature. I was going to sent it to people for testing but I dropped the ball on it.

Wow, Mikey! Had some of the nudges, but needed your last few to pull it all together. Very impressed with concept and execution, really great!

Needed every stinking nudge, but sooo proud of me… I finally got there. 🙄

This puzzle was really clever. Unlike me, this week. Keep ‘em coming!!

I guess it definitely was a Level 4! We're at 39, but I have a couple of easy ones planned for the next two (famous last words).

Hope all is well in the meta-verse!
