Funny story. I was all set to enter Par for the course for the CrossHare midi contest for April but I mistakenly thought midi meant 7x 7 and not 11 x 11. Oops. Well.... Here's a complex but **small** meta on the subject of golf.

Needed to write to headinhome for a nudge to get the needed to ask for a nudge before I could see the thing I failed to see the first nine times I looked moment. But I got the moment.

Regarding 24D POP-TARTS, I just saw this in the news this morning. I remembered the clue because "Fruit Scones" was news to me at the time.
