I suppose that I must be somewhere in between..... :)
Yes, it took me a hot minute too! Then I saw it right there in front of me and thought “wow, everything you need is right there!”

Ashore. So very late to the party, but I have an excuse. I've been conferring with the XWord Rabbit regarding the selection of finalists. Look for the announcement next week.

I made a dopey sort of dyslexic error that held me back for a few minutes. And once I fixed that I had another of the same type for a second or two. Otherwise a straight shot.
Funny story. I was all set to enter Par for the course for the CrossHare midi contest for April but I mistakenly thought midi meant 7x 7 and not 11 x 11. Oops. Well.... Here's a complex but **small** meta on the subject of golf.

Ashore, but not after going down a very rosy-looking though fruitless rabbit hole that had me googling obscure soda flavors.

A few twists and turns but a happy coast in to shore. Getting some sunshine and remote work in… so time for an Area Two Fifty-One Hazy IPA. Delicious.

On shore! Didn't think I was going to get to the puzzle this evening because of having to take minutes for a non-profit board on which I serve. Luckily it was a very short meeting tonight and I was able to enjoy a fun AHA moment soon after finishing the grid!
