Finally got around to the puzzle after a serious gift-wrapping session and made it quickly ashore, sort of. The meta snapped into place for me before finishing the grid (rare occurrence). I’m going to have to sleep on it (and hopefully finish the grid) before I can get any real satisfaction from turning in the answer. 😉

Fun puzzle, anyway.

I got this Friday's WSJ in NYC, and I'm considering that my lucky charm :) Plus, we've entered Capricorn season, so I have my fingers crossed for the mug! I chased a few rabbits, but made my way to shore while on the plane on the way home.
