I had SOUSA down in the lower right at first, not hearing of IOUSA, which made things quite a bit more difficult...

This one took me a while. I looked at the states and they spelled TL IN IT and so, had it been six letters, I might've submitted ATLANTA, since it has a TL in it (though I knew that couldn't be right, and indeed the true answer was much better).
