Ashore an already crowded beach. Cheers to all!

If you see I'm ashore and need a nudge, feel free to message me.

Ashore. I give thanks that on this board, a PM isn't fully delivered till the sendee opens it.

I got only 60% of Step One, wrote a PM asking for a nudge, then saw what I was missing and snatched the PM out of the outbox. The same sequence happened with the next two steps. Thanks to the people I requested nudges from for not checking their PMs right away.

Reverting to old times and extended stays with Isaac. I swear what we think are "promising" leads are nothing more than holes...

Safe weekend to all; look forward to realizing what we didn't get Sunday night.

This is not one of those times.
I really felt the opposite here - well not gorgeously, more like slogging through a bog with an 80 pound backpack - but it all fell into place quite nicely IMHO.

Just as my under-powered dinghy was about to be washed out to the open seas, Wendy W's tug magically appeared and shoved me (twice) to shore. Thank you Wendy!

Finally got my toes in the sand. Needed one extra shove to get there and was so close! Rewarding myself with an Ommegang ale of my choice and a big bowl of my freshly baked apple crisp.

Schmeel! Prayers for you and yours in these crazy, infuriating days! Hope all is well with you. Tell us how you all are faring… how is life different today from 48 hours ago?

Welcome to the group. There are several ways to get help. First is to send a Private Message (PM) to someone who is on the shore telling them what you have done and where you are stuck. There are also two zoom meetings using the link at the top of the page. The first happens every Friday afternoon at 4:30 pm ET and the second is the last call at 8PM ET on Sunday.

Good luck
Thank you

Sorry late solve and late post. Ashore. Pretty good one. I have some issues with the final answer but none that I can share now.

Still with Isaac aboard ship this week. A small matter given the events of today. May all impacted be safe. Prayers for you.

WOW! What an intricate... Don't know if I love or hate it.

Someone accidentally told me the answer assuming I had solved it. Even so it was really tough.

I guess it is probably getable but there needs to be a lot of back and forth. And even if there is a rabbit hole that seems like it can't work... keep following it (and others).

I guess I won't submit. Knowing the answer really only turned out to be not much more than a nudge, but ... even so, that's just a little too much wouldn't you think?

EDIT: On second thought you don't need that much back and forth. Toss a grenade at it. Put the pieces on a table. And *then* get to work.
Funny story. I was all set to enter Par for the course for the CrossHare midi contest for April but I mistakenly thought midi meant 7x 7 and not 11 x 11. Oops. Well.... Here's a complex but **small** meta on the subject of golf.

For a bit of levity, my puppy rolled up the area rug and tried to drag it out the doggie door. Why? He’s a Labrador.

I'm on shore at last! Like last week I got the second step before the first one, but I wasn't sure what was going on until I saw the rest. This was amusing in one particular aspect, and I'll be interested to find out if it was intentional.
