Yes, this one was lots of fun and, as is typical for C&R, very well done.

As HEX says, “If it helps to know, the 13 wrong letters can spell …”
Yup, it helped to know.

Did anyone do the misprints first? I certainly didn’t. Fun puzzle.

clue — Idle talker’s blank.
Change Idle to Isle (definition); talker’s (homophone indicator); blank (—> “white” (~synonym for “blank”)). Entry is therefore WIGHT [spoiler/]

Another nice HEX puzzle, and, no, I didn't do the misprints first. And, yes, it did help to know the wrong and right letters.

I didn’t do all the misprints first, but I didn’t do them all last either. I went back and forth. As for the right or wrong letters—I never used them.

Still working on this. Got most of the normal clue answers, but the tricksy ones still to do. I think I got the right letters in all the circles, working from those filled in with normal clues, but it isn't helping so far ...

This one took me awhile. Getting the category in the shaded letters helped me lots more than the wrong/right letters.

Loved this one. As always, I looked at the instructions and thought, "How am I ever going to solve this," but it all came together beautifully. C&R are my idols.
