6th on the board - one of these days I will get over my need to finish the grid before submitting, but not today. Have a nice weekend, everyone.

If I had known the prompt when I was solving the .PUZ I just may have. This was a week 1, right? :)

On at #23, like Kirk Gibson.

Beamed. On the board at 73. I usually don't solve MGWCC this quickly - probably because it was a week one. Now I need to start the WSJ, since I was unavailable last night.

Beamed up at #129. It came to me after I told myself to remember it's a Week One.

Beamed aboard (or will be) in record time.
Happy to give nudges. If you notice I've solved, please tell me about avenues you've explored so I can nudge you in the right direction and not off a cliff.

That took me an embarrassingly long time to solve.

Beam up requested.

I'm curious to hear how the no-instructions people fared with this one. I didn't try that, but not sure if I'd have been confident in the answer without them.
If you want help with a meta, feel free to PM me. The more specific you are about what you have and what you want, the more likely I can help without spoiling.

(And if I help you win a mug, I’ll be especially delighted.)

Without the prompt, I wasn't confident. Found the prompt and I'm sure I'll be beamed up shortly.

Well I have submitted and as long as I have not made an error of premature thought I ought to be OK. I'll let you know.

EDIT: In at a respectable 219 (given that there are likely to be a LOT of folks solve today).

NUDGES!I am always willing to give nudges where needed; metas should be about fun, not frustration. Send me what you have done so far because often you are closer than you think!
