Good Friday morning muggles

A very clever meta from Matt. And there are many rabbit holes to be explored.

So far we have 9 enjoying the ship with Isaac and 93 on the shore.

Don't forget the 4:30 pm ET zoom call today using the tab at the top of this page.

And for those going through withdrawal because the MGWCC is delayed 24 hours, check out the "Other Meta Crossword Puzzles" including MMM, MOAT, MEOW which are all done by your fellow muggles.

My first solo solve. Yay! I am a little embarrassed at how many hours I spent on this heading down wrong paths. To those people who can solve the meta before I am halfway done with the grid: wow, :o just wow!

@dudeski It is much better to be on the tarmac with "engine trouble" than to be in the air and find out.
A specific example of the general rule:

Better to be on the ground wishing you’d gone flying than in the air wishing you’d stayed on the ground.

On shore. It went pretty quickly for me, and/but I'm a little concerned that I didn't see any of the empty rabbit holes that so many people mentioned. I look forward to reading about them on Monday.
