The answer to the metapuzzle is what you might be thinking after seeing the river.

Done and submitted.

Pleased to have a fairly easy PGWCC this week (assuming I’m correct), as we’re at a cottage rental, and I don’t want to be constantly wracking my brain. (I found Brian Mac’s MMM to be challenging as well as enjoyable. And MGWCC, with a Week 5, promises to be hairy!)

Fun puzzle, Peter. Thanks!

Off the couch. Good day—I figured out the meta meta also. Too bad I just signed up (I did the puzzles I missed).

What's a meta meta?

Muller music meta has twelve monthly metas. If you add the 12 together there is a meta in the metas. It’s like meta squared.

The 'click' isn't 100% solid, but I think I have it.

A-ha!! Going to submit. I'm fairly certain I have it. Cool puzzle, enjoyed the grid (I think I only had to look up two things). I shuddered a bit at 9A for WSJ reasons.
