Flame point
Flame point
Still trying to work the Mets this week, i've been a bit distracted. I lost a great cat a couple of months ago, adopted this litlle flame point siamese on Sunday. Thursday my son arrived from Dallas with this little chihuahua pug mix that he found abandoned at a gas station. So kinda crazy town!

You are a lucky person.

We had (or supplied him with tuna and shrimp) a half siamese for 19 years. The most ferocious and loving cat at the same time. Brought home a mink on my wife's birthday -- bigger than him. Doubt we will have another cat, but it will be siamese if we do.

I’m ashore! Had a paradoxical moment as I figured it out and immediately thought to myself “wow, how do people figure these things out?” :D

We think we’re ashore. Absolutely has to be the right answer, but not thrilled with the way we got it.

Did the grid quickly on Thursday and then started fulfilling a continuing ed licensing requirement online. I just finished that darned thing! Nothing left in my tank for the meta but will sleep like a baby having that monkey off my back! Isaac, how about a nice, potent nightcap? And please find out if Gopher or Doc can walk me back to my cabin after I finish it? Thanks a bunch!

Ashore. I'm with the many Muggles who are unsure of the full mechanism, but have enough of the answer to submit without qualms. Looking forward to the full explanation and Mugglechat on Monday.

Correction, the part I was not happy with was on me.

Still hangin' with Isaac, Cruise Director.
For nudges, feel free to PM me. I won't have a clue how to help you, but you might shove me ashore.

I use another website for personal finance that was recently hacked by trolls. It’s awesome that we haven’t had that issue by and large.

Can you imagine a troll or scammer trying to do a meta!?

I think we’re safe for a while.

One reason we don''t want muggles to use their email addresses as their blog names. We are probably not a hacking target but if it happens, hopefully they will find greener pastures

I can just see it now...

Yuri: ”hey Sergei, what’s three letters for an Egyptian snake?”.

Sergei: “What, now?”

Yuri: ”hey Sergei, what’s four letters for an Eqyptian snake?”.

Sergei: “What, now?”
Or Yuri: "hey Sergi, what is the Russian translation of SReh26?"
