It wasn't a straightforward solve, but I've got my toes in the sand! Happily! Eager for the Martini to come!

Just opened but looks like a toughie with only 4 entries in 40 minutes.

I'm all TPS right now because I just realized I forgot to solve last Friday's MGWCC Week 1. Damn those family trips...

Grid done, and already down my first rabbit hole!
For nudges, feel free to PM me. I won't have a clue how to help you, but you might shove me ashore.

Took a long time, but I think I got it, and it makes sense, and I loved it.

Something familiar…..I finally got it after several rabbity tunnels. On the beach having a blood orange margarita. The cabana boy is lounging on a towel waiting for the hordes of bodies to rise up out of the water.

On the beach. Had a sense of deja vu doing this one. Possibly this type of thing was done before, several years ago?

Ashore!! The aha moment was so sweet on this. Glad I got in on page one, but my pals, leave other types of comments for page two and beyond so at least 19 people get a chance to put their toes in the sand on page one. Otherwise, you’ll incur Wendy’s displeasure. And that’s not good…

The meta is soooo close but I can't quite crack it. The scheme is pretty obvious but everything I try just generates jibberish. I might have to break into the cabana to loosen up my mind before solving this one.

Like others I have figured out the mechanism but I'm getting jibberish :)

Got it! That was a fun one. Keep at it if you're getting close, you'll get there....

Now.....how about some of that good XO rum you have hidden under the bar, please.

Im not an Elton John fan much anymore, but his song Rocket Man comes to mind right now. Specifically, “...and I think its gonna be a long, long time...” (until I solve this meta).
