Ashore!

Interesting puzzle. I'm on one side of this beach, or the other:

After some stumbles/rabbit holes, I figured it out and am on the beach, albeit a bit shaky from the trip ashore.

(boharr: I also have not been able to get the .puz file; I was reduced to solving on paper, then using the very helpful Excel version.)

Ashore! This was a welcome break from todayโ€™s long overdue project of updating usernames and passwords on a gaggle of sites. Amazing how these things pile up...

Really fun, and a run for my money! Glad to be on shore! Looking forward to a takeout Cubano and a homemade Martini!

Time for a sports analogy -- I feel like I'm on the five yard line but can't get over the goal line. I'll take a break and maybe later I'll be able to hit pay dirt ...

Now that we are on page 2 I can share a still from the trail-cam: The Raccoon Tribunal passes judgment on Scruffy the barn cat.

Well I found something that's definitely not a coincidence but have ZERO idea what it could is pointing to.

Pretty sure I'm on shore, but agree that the last step is a bit less supported than normal. Feels like this is what it has to be though, and thus submitted. Good thing, since I just got Moderna jab #2 so might not be in fighting shape for the entire meta-weekend :).

Just an artifact of the camera, sorry to say.

Took 5 minutes of reflection, and now believe I am on shore (90+% confidence).

You and me both. More like a 98 yard return and tackled at the two. Hmmm...

I'm confident that I'm on shore and have submitted. I understand why some people aren't 100% sure, but in over 2 years I haven't submitted an incorrect answer yet. I see something that I'm taking as confirmation, but of course it could be a coincidence.

I thought this puzzle was more difficult than last week. After 20 minutes or so it clicked. Good one, Matt.

Like others, I'm pretty sure I'm on shore. Very clever construction!

I see why the confusion. I am there as well. But I think I am ashore. 100% sure of the mechanism though. Cabernet!
